What is HYROX?

HYROX is a one-of-a-kind fitness competition that merges endurance, strength, and high-intensity functional exercises. Universally accessible, the race invites participants of all fitness levels to continuously push their boundaries and exceed their personal limits.

The race starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional movement, which repeats 8 times, taking place in large indoor venues, creating a unique stadium-like atmosphere for all participants.

Our Training Program

Our program is designed to meet the specific demands of the HYROX race, focusing on strength, power, endurance, aerobic capacity, and skill work. We incorporate all race equipment, such as sleds, rowing machines, and ski ergs, so you’ll train with the same equipment used in the competition. Additionally, we’ll include other functional training equipment to ensure a well-rounded and dynamic workout.

Through fun, varied, and targeted workouts, we help you build the endurance to run and the strength to perform functional exercises, preparing you to tackle every part of the race with confidence.

No Race Registration Required

You don't need to be signed up for a race to join our HYROX classes! These classes are a fantastic way to improve your overall fitness, build strength, and enhance endurance—whether or not you plan to compete in a HYROX event. Our program is suitable for all fitness levels and provides a challenging, fun workout to help you stay fit and reach your personal goals.
